About the Role
As a Behavior Analyst at High Point ABA, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, provide training and support to caregivers, and produce progress reports for funding sources. This position starts part-time with potential for full-time growth.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- Active License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New York.
- Credentialed with NYS Medicaid and MVP Healthcare.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
