Acentra Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, Mid - Part-time (Remote U.S.) to join their team. The role involves utilizing clinical expertise to review medical records for Autism Spectrum Disorder Services.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care. You will assess daily workloads, maintain QA standards, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while fostering professional relationships with internal and external customers.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification per contract requirements.
- Master’s degree from an APBA accredited program or an ABAI-accredited behavior analysis Master’s degree program.
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience in the behavior analysis field.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Medical record abstracting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with State Medicaid program(s).
- 1+ years in Utilization Management/Utilization Review/Prior Authorization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote position with the ability to adjust to demanding workload.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office products, including Microsoft Teams.
