About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, and continuously monitor treatment plans. You will also educate and support parents, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
About You
Required:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
Preferred:
- Ability to review and interpret highly technical information and write technical materials.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities/behaviors and understanding of CPT codes/payor rules.
