SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Springfield, IL. The role involves designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and train RBTs, monitor client progress, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support and team meetings.
About You
Required:
- Active and current BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.
- Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
