About the Role
As a Board Trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of St Anne's as it launches its long-term strategy through to 2031. You will be involved in various committees, including Finance & Business, Quality & People, and Housing Investment, ensuring that the charity's services are safe, high-quality, and inclusive. Your leadership will help maintain financial transparency and support the mission to provide person-centred care.
About You
Required:
- Significant experience in adult social care for the Chair of the Quality & People Committee.
- Commercially experienced accountant for the Chair of the Finance & Business Committee.
- Expertise in housing investment or asset management for the Trustee role.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in housing for the Trustee with Housing Compliance Experience.
- Lived experience and cultural insight that can contribute to better governance and decision-making.
