Drive Green VI is seeking a Body Shop Manager to oversee operations in St Thomas, PA. The role involves managing body shop activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
About the Role
As a Body Shop Manager, you will supervise all body shop operations, including scheduling tasks for production workers, implementing quality control measures, preparing repair estimates, managing payroll, and overseeing facility maintenance. You will also communicate effectively with personnel, assist with various tasks, manage accounts receivable, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive body shop management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of industry-standard practices and vehicle repair procedures.
Familiarity with electronic communication systems and documentation management.
Preferred:
Experience using CCC1 estimating software.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar invoicing software.
Experience in desktop and laptop computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate tow trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment.
