Summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Bond/Surety Account Manager to join their team, with a preference for candidates to work 2-3 days hybrid at one of their office locations or fully remote.
About the Role
As a Bond/Surety Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and maintaining technical competence and industry expertise. You will lead the account management team, handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, conduct client research, and maintain relationships with underwriters while delivering excellent service.
About You
Required:
- 4-5+ years of industry experience.
- Required active licensing.
- Strong decision-making and delegation skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
