About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work flexible hours, typically 15-18 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 30 hours based on business needs. Your tasks will include interfacing with owners, staff, and the CPA firm, and utilizing QuickBooks and Excel for accounting purposes.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with general ledger management.
