About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, invoicing customers, managing accounts receivable, processing bank deposits, and ensuring timely payments. You will also assist with financial audits, manage vendor files, and provide administrative support to the President/CEO.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks.
Preferred:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Experience managing staff.
