- High school diploma or GED; or 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and exchange accurate information.
- Proactive team player with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical dexterity for tasks involving bending, lifting, and standing.
- Familiarity with Materials Resources Planning (MRP) software.
- Marine experience preferred but not required.
