You will engage with customers in the lobby, educate them on financial transactions, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance customer relationships.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in banking or finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred:
- Strong skills in customer service and proactive sales.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
