About the Role
About You
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses (to be obtained within 90 days).
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (to be obtained within 90 days).
- FINRA License Series 6 (to be obtained within 90 days).
- FINRA License Series 63 or Series 66 (to be obtained within 90 days).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
