About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5-8 years of YMCA branch executive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive fiscal management experience with a strong background in building and managing budgets.
- Experience in developing community relationships and working with community partners.
- Ability to lead a large, diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- YMCA of the USA Multi-Team or Organizational Leader certification.
- Previous experience in financial and board development.
