As a Branch Manager, you will manage branch operations, drive revenue through consultative client interactions, and ensure compliance with risk management. You will lead a high-performing team, execute sales strategies, and enhance the customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
About You
Required:
5+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience in consultative selling and customer experience management.
