You will dedicate 70% of your time to business development and deposit acquisition, while managing branch operations and staff. Your role includes mentoring staff, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of retail banking experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking regulations and retail branch operations.
- Demonstrates effective sales/service behaviors.
- Strong leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible hours in various branch locations.
- Ability to speak to others with poise and confidence.
- Ability to explain procedures, both written and verbal.
