About the Role
As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for business development, customer satisfaction, and operational integrity within the branch. You will dedicate 70% of your time to business development and deposit acquisition, while the remaining 30% will focus on managing branch operations. Your role includes building customer relationships, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maximizing branch efficiency.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of retail banking experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking regulations and retail branch operations.
- Demonstrates effective sales/service behaviors.
- Strong leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible hours in various branch locations.
- Ability to speak to others with poise and confidence.
- Ability to explain procedures, both written and verbal.
