About the Role
As a Branch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling additional pest control services through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits. You will conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, prepare job specifications, and maintain a company vehicle. The position requires a service-oriented approach to create tailored solutions for clients.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces
Preferred:
- Experience in pest control or related field
- Ability to earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing

- Hourly base pay of $18.00 - 20.00/hr plus commission
- Weekly pay with most team members earning between $60,000-90,000+ with additional compensation opportunities
