As a Branch Service Supervisor Sr, you will manage Teller schedules, ensure compliance with bank policies, and lead the teller line in cross-selling and referrals. You will work closely with branch management to communicate key information and serve as a resource for Tellers. Your responsibilities include maintaining cash levels, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of Teller experience or one year of Teller experience and successful completion of the BSS Development program.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Teller Supervisor or Branch Manager with Teller duties.
- Bachelor's degree and one year of Teller experience.
