About the Role
As a Branch Support Member Relationship Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert for branch MRS staff, uncover member needs, process requests for memberships and accounts, deliver ongoing training, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will also adapt to multiple branch environments and maintain confidentiality of member information.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related operational experience in a financial institution environment.
Preferred:
- Goal-oriented and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.
