Summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA. The role involves driving brand presence, sales, and consumer engagement for the Cutwater brand through strategic activation and event management.

About the Role

As a Brand Activation Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive activation strategies, establish relationships with key accounts, lead brand activations and events, manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, and ensure successful execution of sampling events. You will also be responsible for budget management, event reporting, and achieving key brand performance indicators.

About You

Required:

Must be of legal drinking age (21+).
2 years of beverage company and/or distributor experience.
Valid/current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Available to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience with event production and management of brand ambassador teams.
Knowledge of local nightlife/events and local alcohol beverage laws.
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
