CELSIUS is seeking a Brand Creative Lead to join their team at the CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves being the senior-most creative owner of the Celsius brand, responsible for shaping and evolving its visual and verbal expression globally.

About the Role

As the Brand Creative Lead, you will partner closely with the CCO to set the creative vision and enforce brand standards across all markets. Your responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, directing creative teams, overseeing packaging and campaign development, and ensuring high-quality execution across various touchpoints. You will also mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to market.

About You

Required:

10+ years of experience in brand design within an agency or in-house environment.
Portfolio demonstrating strong brand systems, campaigns, and packaging work.
Proven experience leading and directing creative teams across multiple disciplines.
Deep expertise in brand systems, visual identity, and execution at scale across markets.
Advanced skills in layout, typography, color theory, illustration, and packaging design.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and Microsoft tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.

Preferred:

Experience applying AI tools to creative development and workflows.
Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
Highly collaborative, confident, and decisive creative leader.
