About the Role
As a Branded Events Specialist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with the credit union's goals. Your responsibilities include planning corporate, community, and foundation events, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and promoting events in collaboration with marketing teams. You will also build relationships with vendors and stakeholders, track performance metrics, and represent the brand at community events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, public relations, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience planning and managing large-scale corporate or fundraising events.
Preferred:
- Proven expertise in event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
