As a Project Manager, you will support the closeout process of warranty claims and projects, collaborate with various teams and external partners to resolve defects, conduct visits and meetings with stakeholders, analyze root causes of warranty claims, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure compliance with company standards.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, Project Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in construction management.
Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
