Summary
Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Brewer to join their team in Blue Lake, CA. The role involves all production needs and equipment maintenance in the brewery.
About the Role
As a Brewer/General Laborer, you will become trained in all areas of the Brewhouse, assist with Cellar duties, work closely with the Brewery Operations Manager, and help with packaging and warehouse duties. You will brew wort, clean and maintain the Brewhouse and other areas, manage ingredient inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will also utilize Beer 30 software for data entry and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two years of brewery experience specifically in a brewhouse setting.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and be insurable by the Tribe.
- Forklift certification required (company can certify with training).
Preferred:
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is highly preferred.
