About the Role

As a Brewista, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with your team to ensure a positive experience for every customer, while also managing orders and payments efficiently. The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About You

Required:

Ability to create and maintain genuine interactions with customers.
Capability to work quickly and carefully with hot beverages and food items.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

Experience in a customer service role, particularly in food and beverage.
Familiarity with point of sale systems.
