About the Role

As a Brewista, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will interact with customers to confirm orders, handle payments, and ensure a positive experience. The role requires urgency and productivity, even during slower periods, and a commitment to creating genuine connections with customers.

About You

Required:

Ability to create and maintain genuine interactions with customers.
Capability to work quickly and carefully with hot beverages and food items.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

Experience in a customer service role, particularly in food and beverage.
Flexibility to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
