WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Bridge Inspection Regional TEC Lead to develop and lead their Mountain/Pacific Region Bridge Inspection Team. The role involves business development and project management for bridge and infrastructure inspection projects.
About the Role
As the Bridge Inspection Regional TEC Lead, you will develop and implement business development plans for bridge inspection projects, manage medium to large transportation projects, and maintain client relationships across multiple states. You will also oversee structural engineering projects, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant post education experience in bridge design, construction, inspection or other bridge related work.
- PE License in at least one of the states in the Mountain/Pacific Region.
- Advanced proficiency with structural engineering principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant structural and civil construction laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the AASHTO Element-Level Inspection recording criteria.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Certified.
- Current FHWA/NHI Bridge Inspection Training.
- Additional FHWA/NHI Training – Tunnel, Fracture Critical, and Ancillary Structures.
