- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience in bridge design and inspection.
- Design and detailing experience per ODOT Bridge Standards.
- Experience with MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD Civil 3D w/Ohio State Kit.
- Skilled in structural analysis programs and bridge design software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the American Association of Highway & Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Bridge Design Specifications.
- Continuous education and training on the job.
