About the Role

As a Broadband HFC Construction Coordinator, you will perform pre/post-construction walkouts, verify as-builts, troubleshoot build-out issues, identify safe working conditions, and manage permitting requirements. You will create bills of materials, compile notice-to-proceed packages, scope and execute HFC projects, track project lifecycles, and provide weekly reports to management on construction activities.

About You

Required:

2+ years of hands-on experience in HFC or similar outside network plant construction.
Strong leadership skills to mentor and influence subcontractors and vendors.
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Preferred:

Educated on local area dig laws.
Customer service acumen to interpret and communicate client needs.
Strong understanding of fiber and coax outside network plant.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft tools for data management and reporting.
