About the Role
As a Broadband Specialist I (Field Technician), you will be responsible for performing installations, service changes, and customer interactions. Your daily tasks will include making customer drop installations, analyzing picture quality, using hand tools, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. You will also drive a company vehicle and maintain proper vehicle upkeep.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- General level of mechanical and consumer devices knowledge.
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work in high or tight spaces and in all weather conditions.
