About the Role
As a Broadband Specialist I (Field Technician), you will be responsible for making customer drop installations, performing new connects and disconnects, analyzing picture quality, and using hand tools and power tools. You will also drive a company vehicle, maintain proper vehicle upkeep, and generate additional revenue through effective sales techniques.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- General level of mechanical and consumer devices knowledge.
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work in high or tight spaces and in all weather conditions.
Preferred:
- No experience required.
