ADP is seeking a Broker District Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on driving new business growth through broker partnerships within their Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business.
About the Role
As a Broker District Manager, you will develop and nurture relationships with brokerage firms and internal ADP partners to generate leads and close sales of human resources solutions. Responsibilities include managing multiple sales processes, educating brokers on HRO solutions, implementing sales strategies, cross-selling within ADP, and supporting clients through implementation. You will also participate in ADP's award-winning training program and collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ambassador.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in outside business-to-business sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Ability to manage multiple sales processes and prioritize deliverables effectively.
Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
Experience in payroll, relationship sales, or HRO, or equivalent skills gained through military experience such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.
Positive self-starter with persistence and ability to follow up on leads without fear of rejection.
Preferred:
Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
