About the Role
As a Broker for Workers Compensation, you will be responsible for preparing submissions, presenting accounts to insurance carriers, and marketing new and renewal business. You will collect necessary information, analyze current programs, and ensure timely quotes. Additionally, you will solicit new business, coordinate administrative workflows, and seek opportunities for growth in the market.
About You
Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance including coverages, rating, terminology and technical procedures.
- P&C license required or within 90 days of hire.
- Energetic, self-motivated individuals who are goal oriented and can thrive in a team environment and autonomously.
Preferred:
- A four-year college degree.
- 1-3 years of relative experience in Worker's Compensation Brokering or MGA experience.
- Skilled in business writing and situation analysis.
