About the Role
As a Broker II, you will work closely with Healthcare Producers and Account Executives on new business opportunities, manage client relationships, conduct thorough analyses of risk transfer programs, and negotiate effective insurance programs. You will also prepare marketplace submissions, finalize risk transfer quotes, and represent Aon in business development engagements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Property & Casualty license required
- 5-7 years of placement/broking experience or comparable experience in the health care industry segment.
Preferred:
- Professional designation such as CPCU, CPLU, CIC or ARM.
- Good working knowledge of the broking business.
- Superior written and communication skills.
