Wonderway ABA Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their team in Elizabeth, NJ. The role involves assisting BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers. Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, accurately recording and monitoring client data, supporting families in training, maintaining communication with clients and families, and completing tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
About You
Required:
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
