About the Role
As a Bucket Foreperson, you will be responsible for directing crew members, managing equipment, and ensuring safe practices on the job site. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting daily inspections, and managing emergency situations as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
Preferred:
- Ability to follow verbal or written directives.
- Experience in delegating work and taking accountability for crew performance.
- First-aid certification and CPR.
