About the Role
As a Budget Manager, you will manage business operations, oversee budget management, lead executive-level reporting, drive employee experience programs, and foster communication across the organization. This role is critical in shaping the employee experience and ensuring smooth operations.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in budget management (managing financial resources, allocations, and planning).
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools (such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel).
- 5-7 years of experience supporting senior leadership and executive offices.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working within a large tech environment.
- Experience managing business operations and employee experience programs.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
