- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of networks.

- Good understanding or desire to pursue a career in Building Automation (HVAC and/or other building systems).
- Product or Industry knowledge is highly desired.
