About You
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Two to three years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
- Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work order and facility operation systems.
- Ability to read and write English in order to understand manuals and procedures, and to write reports.
- CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain as requested.
- Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment/procedures.
- Proven track record for delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
- Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements.
