About the Role
As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for escorting new residents, managing cleaning equipment check-outs, conducting daily facility assessments, verifying readiness of vacant units, monitoring custodial contractors, conducting room inspections, reporting property damage, enforcing guest policies, coordinating maintenance requests, performing minor preventive maintenance, and providing quality customer service.
About You
Required:
- 12 months of work experience demonstrating knowledge of customer service principles.
- Skilled in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and lubricating locks.
- Experience in conducting facility inspections and managing resident interactions.
