About the Role
As a Building Service Technician/Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting surfaces, conducting general building repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining tools and work areas. You will also assist with furniture moves and installations while adhering to safety protocols and responding to work orders efficiently.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in painting, maintenance, or related handyman work.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and proper use of tools and materials.
- Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various positions.
