About You
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience working in Information Technology at a manufacturing company.
- At least 3 years leadership responsibility for all aspects of IT in a mid-sized manufacturing or industrial business.
- Experience supporting ERP systems including implementation and post-production support.
- Demonstrated experience delivering engaging presentations on technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong command of verbal and written English and effective communication skills.
- Project management skills and proven track record of leading broad-based enterprise initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite at the Glenview, IL corporate campus.
- Willingness to travel on occasion (1-2 times per year, on average).
- Multiple employer experience in IT leadership roles.
- Experience in framing new or unfamiliar concepts effectively for a diverse group of business and technical leaders.
- Committed to practicality, simplicity, and cost effectiveness in solving problems.
- Demonstrates business acumen and technical insight to identify how emerging trends and technologies might add value.
- Exhibits leadership and people skills to influence and motivate within a highly matrixed and multi-cultural organization.
- Strong desire to mentor and develop others.
