Summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Private Cloud & Flex Solutions Program Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. The role involves end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs across the product lifecycle, ensuring delivery commitments are met on time and within budget.
About the Role
As a Private Cloud & Flex Solutions Program Manager, you will manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams, develop integrated schedules, manage budgets, and ensure progress against established plans. You will communicate program progress to stakeholders, drive innovation, and provide guidance to less-experienced staff members.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years overall experience in program/project management, engineering program management, or technical program management.
- 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) supporting engineering delivery.
- 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or product release execution ownership.
- 4+ years of extensive experience using project and program planning tools (e.g., Jira and Smartsheet).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- PMP/PMI certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
