About the Role
As a Policy Project Administrator, you will analyze, develop, and update policies in the Child Welfare Policy Manual, review and analyze federal and state laws, conduct extensive research for informed policy development, provide policy consultation and guidance, and lead policy workgroup meetings. You will also assist with the implementation of agency programs and practices, and support the mission and goals of the agency.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in communication, English, or public relations from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience related to area of assignment.
- One (1) year of experience required at the lower level Busi Support Analyst 2 (GSP131).
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a closely related field.
- Extensive child welfare experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive and SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing technical documents and delivering presentations.
