About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will design and implement automated workflows using enterprise AI platforms, configure AI agents, and manage multiple implementation projects. You will partner with supply chain teams to understand pain points, document configurations, and ensure solutions are user-friendly for non-technical users.
About You
Required:
- Expert-level prompt engineering and AI agent configuration across enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code workflow automation tools.
- Ability to independently build and deploy AI-powered process automation solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI agent training, context windows, model limitations, and hallucination mitigation.
- Strong business process configuration experience.
- Basic technical literacy (APIs, data structures, system integrations).
- Experience managing multiple concurrent automation projects.
- High attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
Preferred:
- Supply chain knowledge (procurement, inventory management, logistics planning).
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI).
- 2–3+ years implementing AI or automation solutions in operational environments.
