About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. You will translate business needs into actionable specifications, create use cases and process flows, and collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and QA teams. Your role will also involve facilitating design sessions, validating requirements with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Retail Banking work experience and/or Business Analyst experience.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or banking, with a preference for retail banking.
- Prior programming or technical background.
- Ability to travel to customer sites or industry events up to 15% of the time.
