About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping analysis plans, documenting requirements, developing process maps, and ensuring data quality across multiple enterprise domains. You will facilitate cross-functional decision-making, support systems testing, and uphold standards for requirements quality and documentation.
About You
Required:
- 5–10+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant certifications being a plus.
- Proficiency with enterprise work management tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong requirements analysis, data mapping, process modeling, and test design skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce Administrator certification for CRM-focused roles.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills tailored to various audiences.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and data governance.
