About the Role

As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will work closely with division staff to identify inefficiencies, analyze business processes, and develop solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and security. Your responsibilities will include executing multiple improvement projects, developing documentation and training for existing business processes, identifying internal control gaps, and providing quality assurance testing for processes transitioning to new applications.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience working as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement Specialist.
Ability to handle confidential information in a controlled environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a role responsible for execution of complex tasks.
Experience delivering continuous improvement or process optimization projects.
Experience developing SOPs, business documentation, or quality assurance processes.
Experience working with tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Excel, or similar business applications.
