About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of process modeling.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Current experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems.
- Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.
- Experience in Data Visualization: Building interactive dashboards and storytelling with data.
