As a Business Analyst III (Scrum Master), you will collaborate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), engage with Government Product Owners, support Scrum ceremonies, and maintain compliance with PWS, CDRL, and QASP requirements. You will work closely with various teams to drive Agile backlog grooming, ensure requirements traceability, and contribute to the RCDC's successful execution. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Agile backlog items, coordinating updates to technical documents, and supporting validation and verification activities.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related technical field.
Five plus (5+) years of experience in Agile/Scrum-based requirements engineering for DoD IT projects.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Practitioner certification.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Agile backlog management tools.
